Philosophy:  I believe we all thrive best in life when we are connected to others in meaningful, compassionate and communicative relationships, and that most of us can benefit from the support of a professional to reach our full potential in this area.

Style: I strive to be a steady and supportive presence in my clients’ lives. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance for clients that struggle with relational conflict and to help reduce stress, improve emotional connection and promote healthy growth and change across the entire family or relational system. My clinical approach integrates several therapeutic theories including narrative (NT), emotionally focused (EFT), parenting, attachment style awareness, interpersonal communication training and psychoeducation.

Specialties: Couples, parents, co-parents, families, tweens/teens, young adults and LGBTQ+. I specialize in working with clients experiencing relationship conflict including marital discontent and rupture, separation/divorce, parenting challenges, intergenerational dysfunction, major life change or crisis, and other mental health concerns including personality disorders.

Experience: For the past several years, I have worked as certified divorce, coparenting, relationship recovery coach. I also lead a non-profit service dog organization that serves disabled teens, young adults and families with trauma history. I am currently a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy student at Syracuse University and focus on systemic therapy for clients who struggle with relationships, parenting, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, neurodiversity, and major life adjustments.
